I don't have that at all, how is it a problem with windows 10?????
you have it too, its just not acting up. here is more info http://lifehacker.com/why-is-windows-10s-system-process-using-so-much-ram-1725076206
the only point when its annoying is when its hogging CPU as well.
its just a small performance hog and it wasnt in windows 8

here's how to tell it to loving calm down, too https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/3stmh1/psa_you_can_fix_the_high_ram_usage_issue_caused/

I've loved memory compression when it's happened, Makes black deserts ram use go from 2gb+ to ~1.2gb and multitasking gets happier.

It using 1.1gb isn't much, It probably took half of that from another program and is holding it compressed.

no its not, thats why i said its usually only annoying when its using CPU, too

This was clearly the best version of Windows ever.
indeed

windows 10 sucks because if I press the start button a "critical error" pops up with no exit button saying it'll fix itself when I restart my computer (it doesn't) and I have to restart explorer to close it. plus all the fixes I tired didn't work so there's that. not changing back though

also it broke civ v for awhile

that's a bluescreen man
i dont know how to help you there but it's happened to me a few days ago with starbound

Got it first day, have not been disappointed at all. A fantastic operating system and I'm looking forward the upcoming increased functionality with the Anniversary Update.

Rather glad to get rid of WinXP and Win7 too. Quite notorious in my eyes for being absolute trash most of the time.
Couldnt have said it better myself. Ignore Foxscoth, he's notorious for picking fights even from the most positive of posts.

I like windows 10 so far. I was a bit iffy about it installing itself, but it's not a bad operating system.

i've had it since day 1 myself as well and enjoy it
i'm not a fan of some of the features like the start menu ads and stuff but overall i like it

Are you implying I want to go back to that stuff? Nty.
Anyone here who's planning on going to 10, just stick with using 7 or 8. You won't like 10.
It has worse compatibility issues than linux and you can't customize it for stuff.
It's not even an operating system for computers, it's better on tablets.

Well it's pretty much your fault for updating before checking if your parts were compatible. It's a very smooth and pleasant experience if your computer is able to handle it. No need to blame your shortcomings on the operating system.

Yeah, I gotta go with this
I got windows 10 and it works just fine for me

It has nothing to do with my computer parts. Windows 10 ran just fine, it's just the fact that it's filled with problems whether you have "good parts" or not. There are things that worked fine on 8 which simply stopped working when I switched to 10. And no, this isn't just because of the operating system being newer, because these are things which i've used on XP and 7 as well. If you're using 8 then stick with 8. 10 is pretty much 8 with a bunch of features added and removed.
