for a budget that high you should really consider treating yourself. if it is a full build and you want best performance go for intel skylake i7 and nvidia gtx 950-above. ram is comical in the fact that anything 25$ and up will grant you decent speed by brand alone. g-skill is pretty good.ssd's are kinda cheap now considering how long they've been out but a 1tb hard drive is still a must if you want a solid build.those two alone, paired with decent ram will let you play anything currently without necking it. anything else other than that is your choice because i can't recommend any visual fairy stuff (we all have our preferences). that's about $576.80 from what i've listed which is half your budget which is really good.
