Fascism typically is on the far right of the political spectrum, just as Communism is on the far left.
Of course specific fascist or communist governments may be more left/right than other examples, or exhibit aspects from anywhere on the spectrum (such as a fascist/right-wing state with social healthcare).
There's also overlap in policies between far left and far right, as the political spectrum is less of a straight line and more of a horseshoe shape, where the two ends bend back towards eachother.
People can identify as what they want. I would still acknowledge that they were born with a specific love, but I can accept that their love and gender don't line up.

As for the multiple genders thing I mostly agree with SetGaming, in that too many seem unnecessary and muddy the waters, or are completely unrelatable to the majority of people.
But I have never encountered people expressing the 'exotic' genders, except for online (mostly in specific internet communities) and in some TLC 'freakshow' style programmes. So it's not really an issue for me, and it's so few people who claim them that it's not worth getting upset over.

I'm a big proponent of other people identifying however they'd like
saying "xem" or whatever doesn't hurt me in any way and if it makes them happy then ok, cool

but personally I don't really get gender. like, I don't feel like anything. I don't feel like a boy. I don't even know what that's supposed to feel like. for the record I don't feel like a girl either, or in fact anything else. there are a few things that are maybe little artifacts of that kind of feelings, like for some reason it feels nice when people mistake me for a girl (online; it doesn't happen irl lol), and I like having the gender on my profile set to "female". but I really don't know why. the idea of actively identifying specifically as a girl doesn't appeal to me any more than anything else. the only reason I even "identify" as a guy is because it's easy. nobody ever asks me why, and it doesn't open me up to any flak from most people. if it didn't have any benefits like that, I'm not sure if I'd still tell people I was a dude or not, but probably. I just don't have any motivation to do otherwise because, again, I don't "feel like" any particular gender

nobody is going both ways. i've never seen anyone say "i was assigned the wrong gender at birth," but if they had, what they MEANT was that they do not agree with the gender assigned to them at birth, which was based off of their biological love. i don't think anyone despises their doctors for this decision, they just disagree with it, hence why they change their gender. if you hear talk of people knowing what gender they were 'always meant to be,' they are most likely referring to gender dysphoria

I just wish some people would understand that nobody is going to know their gender the first time they meet. Gender is going to be judged based first on way you look if you're not accquainted with the concept of there being 36 or so of them, and even if you are mind-reading is pretty damn hard. They'll get triggered for something pretty much uncontrollable unless they literally wear their gender and pronouns.
