I said to enable only default add-ons except for physics death. This is why it won't work:
Checking Add-On Server_SkeletalDeath
Checking Add-On Server_PhysicsDeath
Checking Add-On Server_Brutal_Blockland_v.2
Checking Add-On Server_BloodAndGore
Disable all of those except for physics death

Perhaps his graphical settings aren't set high enough?

No. It creates an invisible vehicle and then puts you on it.

It's broke then, you can contact the owner and hope for a response or someone can try to fix it
