final result:
glass screen is really icing on the cake. shell feels nice even for being custom. the pic makes the screen look pretty blue, but it's not that bad in real life. overall a good mod imo, good for the money
however fast forward to today,
massive spidering reveals it was a bad idea to leave it out for so long, however it's no big deal as it's just the loca and osaka 7 makes it extremely easy to remove and try again. which is what i will do
i hate sp's because the buttons feel weird and the normal gba feels way better when held
How much did the backlight and new transparent shell set you back?
it's not a backlight, those are way expensive. frontlight and shell were $12 each
the battery needs to be replaced
fyi, you can still buy those
new off the nintendo online store, that is if you care about the offical -ness that an ebay battery can't give ya
honestly the Glacier shell looks like stuff
presonally i think the glacier is nice, although the picture online didn't show the tint of purple :( (I still like it though)
also, is that a backlight? that's pretty radical
