Author Topic: Godzilla Playertype  (Read 2182 times)

A playertype that looks like Godzilla, walking and click animations (click-swinging one of his claws infront of him to take a chunk out of Ghidora or a building). Make it as big as you can with the normal scaling, then we can rescale it with a scale that surpasses the default. And last a feature that makes bricks disappear on impact that can be toggled with the light key. On impact as if you were playing a game of rampage.

Optional: a feature that makes the spinal scales and eyes light up blue like when Godzilla uses his atomic breath, toggle with keybind.

Why? A fun game mode where everyone has to escape a city map before it gets destroyed by one person who is this playertype.

Or recreating one of the Godzilla movies.

there's lots of possibilities.

That's nowhere near as big as I need it to be, it needs to be at least as tall as this blue skyscraper.


Holy crud. This may not happen, and if it does, it will sink entire cities crash so many servers because of the brick explosion lag and the troll abuse that it wont even last a day without even being failbinned. And if you want it to be as big as that building by DEFAULT, then my point is even more reinforced. it would take ages to model and animate that thing in blender, and even more to make the script to detect the foot stepping and the glowing on the back, which would also take even more in blender.

It may happen, but the possibilities are really small, and probably will be in a player-sized scale.

Thats one good point you have there, but the detail isnt a important thing. The brachiosaurus bot in normal scale is just a bit bigger than a default player, just like the other dino bots, yet it is incredibly hard to make such a playertype and rig it. Even only making a weapon, after scripting and stuff and tested in game, nearly 1/2 of the time it needs to be resized. Imagine the amount of time you need to resize such a huge playertipe. A nice way to replace this, would be asking for an event that even surpasses the amount of size you can add using PlayerScalebetter, and like said before, using the mutalid playertype.

Just ask for a player sized version and then make it bigger with any event, it will be easier for it to happen!

Done, any mods you know that can pass the default scaling? Other than XYZ scaling.

Hydralisk's Godzilla I heard was a relatively small model but made huge by changing its scale. The largest scale event I know of is Setplayerbest / setplayerfull, which cap at 5X. I don't know if you can go beyond that anymore.

I could care less about Harambe. 317 million animals are killed everyday for human consumption. But nobody ever fusses about that sadly.

He was just a gorilla that got killed because of human carelessness. All this bullstuff stuff praising him needs to stop there's more important things to bitch about.
