anyone have a working CityRPG addon? The ones I got off of Swollow's RTB archive don't seem to be working

I got a few but most of them have exploits/bugs and the others have a weird bug that uses a ton of processing power with too many people.

I really just need the code for plots because I'm making a RP server in which players are given a base house and they can add furniture, windows, etc. But I don't want them building outside onto the street or on another house
