Author Topic: Intel GMA 3000 / Windows 10 / Blockland  (Read 1244 times)

I'm making this topic since I know that there's a number of people that have the Intel GMA 3000 graphics chipset and have been unable to play Blockland on Windows 10 since Intel hasn't released an updated version of the driver.

This is a modified version of the Windows 7 driver that I created. You may download it here: http://greek2me.us/misc/Win7Vista_64_151719_MOD_WIN10.zip (40 MB)

Please follow the below instructions to install the modified driver:
  • First, follow this article to disable driver signature verification. Unfortunately, my driver is not digitally signed since I modified it myself.
  • Open Device Manager, find the "Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family" entry, right-click on it, and select "Update Driver Software".
  • Extract the .zip file that you downloaded above to a location on your computer.
  • Select "Browse My Computer For Driver Software".
  • Select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
  • Select "Have Disk..."
  • Click "Browse" and navigate to the folder where you extracted the drivers.
  • Open the "Graphics" folder and select the "kit49684.inf" file. Press "Open" and then "OK".
  • You should now see "Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family" in the list of available drivers.
  • Press "Next", and install.

Please post whether this fix works for you!

Hm. Are you sure you have GMA 3000? That's a different chipset.
