Lol are you actually going to make the arguement that tony who hasn't broken a rule in months is far worse than path who has gotten banned like what 5 times in the past year alone?

As far as we know, executive orders are only given once someone reaches a certain level of bad. Tony hit that level and so he got one. PhantOS evidently has not reached that level that tony did when he got his, so he has not gotten one. Simple as that.

I'm definitely not bothered by other people arguing. Unless they are spamming unrelated threads--which they rarely are, primarily keeping it focused in Tony's stuffpost news threads--I think it's their problem to bring to drama.

There is definitely a difference between two grudging users arguing and someone repeatedly trolling a group on the forum for years.

tony is the only one that hgas ever had an executive order. and it is more of a joke then some special rule. badspot wouldnt waste his time making all these specific rules for specific users when bans are easier.

tony just instigated an already ultra-spam topic about friend pony lovers. several of who tony fought with are banned since.
does that mean tony is favored by badspot over pony friends? no. its just that tony's crimes are stupid and not that serious. i bet badspot was just really annoyed of seeing 100 pony reports made against tony every day. when none of them were even rule breaking.
