Author Topic: What was the most destructive disaster in history? (POLL)  (Read 4516 times)

dinosaurs existed for like 1000x as long as humans and they never developed language or instant ramen so they're substantially worse than humans
They existed 1000x as long as us without ever committing genocide against their own kind, so I'd say that's a big plus for them.

But they live in a constant life of danger tho :O

plus, if you say Dinosaurs are stupid, then have you ever heard of the Velociraptor or Troodon?

They existed 1000x as long as us without ever committing genocide against their own kind, so I'd say that's a big plus for them.
instead they just regularly murdered eachother because they were unintelligent beings

negating destructive facts with beneficial facts is a slippery slope
I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you're saying. Who's negating facts, what are destructive/beneficial facts, and what is it a slippery slope to?

They existed 1000x as long as us without ever committing genocide against their own kind, so I'd say that's a big plus for them.
You say that, but paleontological evidence points towards velociraptors being massive tribals.

i would think the black plague

The Chernobyl Disaster has guaranteed that region of Earth will not be properly inhabitable for a VERY long time. Furthermore, while it may not have the greatest cost in direct deaths, it's responsible for a huge amount of cancers and other medical problems spread all over Europe.

I don't think the original extinction event can be counted given that it doesn't apply to human history.

If anything the extinction of the dinosaurs probably helped us in the long run.

the creation of blockland

world war two was loving horrible but it's not on the poll. i'm required to settle with the big space rock that killed trillions of animals instead.

I'd say probably the smallpox plague that swept the Americas and killed 90-95% of the population.
For reference, that's about 100 million people. Over two entire continents. Dead.
A decaRiddler of death.
And it's not even on the poll.
