Well these comic book characters have gone through like 10+ different iterations anyways so does it really matter how "faithful" you are to a character's hair or skin color instead of their internal defined traits

disney has a lot of bad shows, but like everyone in them is white
this girl was one of their very few attempts to add some color to their lineup and woops they put her in literally the worst show they could have put her in
