so yeah, regular show season 8 will be the final season. really sucks since this is pretty much the only show CN has that appeals to me.

the simpsons got stale because it now relies on current events and topics to make the episodes seem fresh and relevant. regular show's plots have nothing directly to do with trying to stay relevant

No, it got stale because it's old as forget and isn't appealing anymore.  Consider it the Call of Duty of the TV franchise.

i remember watching the first episode and thinking it was pretty good
the newer episodes have become stale though, i think it's a good thing for it to be closed down and remember it for the good episodes instead of forcing out more
