Couldn't see the entire gearbox - did you end up gearing down the motors using worm gears, or did switching out the motor do the trick?

It's just a regular embedded video. As far as I can tell, the issue is that cloudflare doesn't support byte-range requests. I am increasingly dissatisfied with cloudflare, but I also don't like being Layer 7 attacked into oblivion every other day.

It's the same gearing as before, a 6:1 reduction. Theoretical top speed comes out to 4mph.
