they rated that as wrong because it doesn't work metaphorically or literally. the actions of obama were not those that helped to form CIA, it was primarily the mistakes of bush.
All of Bush's advisors said that Saddam Hussein had WMD. That added onto the fact that Hussein frequently broke the regulations placed onto his government after the Gulf War, and you want to tell me that Bush
shouldn't have invaded Iraq?
The hysteria at the time added onto this; Saddam Hussein had known ties to terrorists and 9/11 had just happened. He was a bad guy, a dictator. The majority of his country hated him because he was a minority sect of Islam. He had
slaughtered the Kurds and in general was a loving mobster.
It was an easy job getting rid of Hussein. We could have done it at any time and with a LOT less men, but we did it. The question we forgeted up on was, "What do we do
next?"
Bush decided to keep troops there and use them to build up the Iraqi military. You're not going to have terrorist groups go mainstream in a country with a strong military. But before he can do that, Obama gets elected and pulls troops out before any strong military is made. Thus, CIA had an easy time taking over Iraq.
So yes, Obama
did play a
massive role in the foundation of CIA. Yet Bush is the idiot.
