This statement is always a great indicator of age. Only small children with no major problems think that a community of 100k people on the internet hating them is what will ruin their life.

Get off your loving high horse. You're not better than any of us, but sadly (for you), most of us are better than you. We don't go around being a low-level racconerrs and defending it as "Well in 60 years you're not going to care about this so why do you care right now??"
