Author Topic: Banned from GTA Online  (Read 2406 times)

Hey guys I forgeted upppp

So I like to install mods and play on singleplayer and forget around so I installed a lotta skins and goofy awesome stuff
I always uninstall when I go online but I did a bad
When I started up the game it auto launched it in Online mode instead of bringing me to the menu were I choose either online or singleplayer and once I loaded in I noticed my multiplayer character was showering so I alt+f4'd that stuff
I started the game back up in singleplayer and did my stuff and got bored so I uninstalled mods, and when I try to purposely play GTA Online it tells me I've been perma banned
(This is my third ban)
I've collected hacked money in the past, didn't really care about my 1st and 2nd ban since it was only temporary and it is my fault for collecting it
BUT GUYS i forgeted up, if any of you mod your game make sure you are loading into Singleplayer instead of Online so you don't get forgeted like me

I've collected hacked money in the past, didn't really care about my 1st and 2nd ban since it was very temporary and it is my fault for collecting it
"very temporary"? how long?

Whoops, meant "only temporary"

Why the forget did it take you 3 bans to realize you're dumb for cheating in multiplayer?

why did you have a mod that showers money in this first place?

stuff. Thank you for your words of wisdom, I'll keep them in mind when I get into these games.

I want to go for a low jab here

doesn't scripthookV prevent you from going online? unless your mods didn't use it or you used a modified version

RAGE Plugin Hook physically disables online connectivity when installed (and I'm certain ScriptHook does as well), so the only way to access online is by manually moving all the mod files to another temporary folder. Furthermore, OpenIV supports creating a "Mods" folder which will install mods to a copy of the data files, meaning you never overwrite the original stuff.

There's not much pittiance for stupidity, unfortunately.

This is like saying "Oh I didn't know I was on multiplayer when I decided to use my hackscripts in blockland" while you are on someone's loving server.

why did you have a mod that showers money in this first place?
I wasn't the one spawning money :l

Not sure what that is as I just drag and dropped files
EDIT: ScripthookV is one of the files

Except thats not how it works as you can't put mods in the game as its already running
