Thrive is a ment to satisfy the need for a non-ea edited spore. A real "SPORE" project.
The only part of the game you can see right now is the cell stage, its really complicated.

it's not  finished right now, so I doubt that you will able to see what is really is any time soon.
It is also in a very heavy beta state, so judge lightly.

cell stage already looks pretty good compared to spore.

i need to see at least some ultra alpha version stuff of creatures before i can get excited.

i was heavy in to it after being disappointed by spore like 3 years ago but the game is really just a fever dream
it's got a lot of good ideas but there's no way the (?)3 man dev team is going to accomplish more than they've gotten already within the next few years

I've been following it for a good 3 years. I don't think it's going anywhere between the engine switches and the fact that a bunch of people from across the world who don't know each other are trying to do something so ambitious without any compromises.
