[NEWS] BLM got teacher in trouble for no reason.

So a teacher wrote a message.

Quote
Phones and iPad devices, used for social media and gaming. There have always been rules for ‘devices,’ and defined levels of misconduct. Since we now have no backup, no functional location to send kids who won’t quit gaming, setting up fights, selling drugs, whoring trains, or cyber bullying, we’re screwed, just designing our own classroom rules. Hopefully tomorrow’s settlement will begin to fix this.

Now what's more tribal? The teacher's message or BLM assuming he is talking about black people?

Because now this teacher cannot teach for a year, docked pay and is receiving death threats for racial hate speech.

Except that's ad hominem fallacy

Except that's ad hominem fallacy
not really. it's not attacking someone's character in place of an argument. if anything it could be moving the goalposts ("where's your evidence?" followed by "well, that's not good enough."), but it depends pretty heavily on the context. if you actually prove a bias resulted in misinformation then that's a different story, which iirc has been done with several things tony has posted

yeah i did too

Except that's ad hominem fallacy
Uh, no. Ad hominem is when you attack the person who wrote it, whether that be their previous history, or their personality, in order to call their argument invalid.
You might be thinking of the Genetic fallacy, which is where you dismiss a piece of information based off of where it came from. Note that you have to be careful when crying out "Genetic fallacy!"; as sometimes you can validly dismiss information that comes from especially unreliable sources.

not completely sure if fox news is in the unreliable category then
