Russia orders the North Korean nuclear program shut down, and heavily suggests to return to the six party talks for a peace treaty regarding the Korean War. Actually I'm gonna add my own two cents to this issue here

Netherlands proposes:

- The construction of a new Crimean State in Crimea
- A forced non-aggression pact between Russia, Ukraine, and the new Crimea
- Disarmament of nuclear and destructive (WMDs) weaponry on the frontier borders of each nation included

- United Nations expected to comply and follow suit

the US backs this and will refuse to recognize any situation where crimea is under russian sovereignty
