For Taiwan and it's inhabitants and government as associated as the Republic of China, recognized or unrecognized:

• Open up mutual embassies with the People's Republic of China.
• Dissolve all offensive military assets and ventures and convert to defensive measures a-la-Japan.
• Allow a PRC representative each for the following roles:
  • Defense Secretary: In times of crCIA, a joint decision with the administrator of Taiwan must be made.  This individual will have the power to permit PRC military forces within 12 miles of the shoreline if an international or extreme domestic threat is to occur.
  • Vice Administrator: While the Administrator of the island must be an elected ROC official, the Vice Administrator must be an elected PRC official by the Taiwanese.  The Vice Administrator will act in the stead of the Administrator of Taiwan when the Administrator is unable to perform his or her duties.  The Vice Administrator also participates in the PRC Intervention vote between the Adm. VAdm. and DSec.

For China:

• Cease military transgressions in the Strait of Taiwan.
• Recognize ROC as militarily independent and act to Taiwan's aid only upon request of the Taiwanese government.
• Officially make the island of Taiwan a Special Administration Region (SAR) whereupon it would be able to keep its own government and economic system a la Hong Kong and Macau.

For the United Nations:

• Make Taiwan an official dependency of the People's Republic of China.
• Assist or do not oppose or obstruct a transition to this interdependency.
