You are assuming that the quota black enrollies arnt qualified.
Yes I am, because if there were qualified applicants they wouldn't need quotas. Any time you select for a superficial characteristic you're going to lose out on something else.
There are actually more qualified black people who wont be admitted because they only require a certaint ammount.
Again, if this were true then quotas wouldn't be needed. Any company could hire all these magical qualified black people and be tremendously successful, beating out all those tribal companies that refuse to hire them. As others have pointed out, this is just like the wage gap myth.
I can't even understand why you would support quotas. If you got into a good school or landed a good job, wouldn't you want to know that you've earned it instead of having that nagging feeling that whitey gave it to you out of pity? Do you want to be the little kid whose older brother lets him win a mario kart every now and then? That's your goal for black people?
