Religion is a human essential. Ever since we can record history, religion has existed in different forms. Likewise, scientific advancement has continued as normal. They both compete at times unnecessarily, ie crusades and communist china's buddhism purge. However, saying that humans shouldn't believe in their religion is like telling them to stop feeling emotions. It's forcing them to deny the actual reason that they're human.

Telling them to stop believing in facts and science is telling humans not to evolve. Its just stupid either way. Science and Faith should be balanced out. Of course, there's always radicals on both sides who go all "theyre wrong im right they did it first" 3rd grade bullstuff that just makes both look as bad.
