Author Topic: neat song in windows folders  (Read 1195 times)

i'm probably late about this, but for those who are unaware there's this neat midi song in the windows media folder.
to find it: go to c:\windows\media and open onestop.mid

(if it asks what to open the file with, choose windows media player)
go take a listen, it's pretty swell

there are two other songs in the same folder, flourish and town, they're swell as well

Onestop mid for all your theme needs

Many, many years ago, when my brother and I were still speaking to each other and we were like best friends, we designed and developed the ULTIMATE powerpoint slideshow to onestop.mid. It was roughly 6-slides long, full of loving stuffty clip-art images and bad transitions, but Mother of God it was gorgeous. I remember me and my brother going as far as waiting until our parents were asleep so we could stay up until 1AM to continue work on it one night without them throwing a hissy fit about bed times.

Wow.

There's also town.mid and some other one I forgot.

that would be flourish.mid

I discovered this with Windows 98 while playing Roblox. Good times.

i never knew about this
