Ball Gag Mute

Can't believe i'm even saying this but I would like to see a Ball Gag mute function so if you muted someone with a command they would get a 'ball gag' hat thingy which would make their words come out as 'Mmph' or familiar. I might sound weird but this could actually end up splendid.

Maybe a Hatmod model or something or idk. Do whatever. Frankly, I prefer a 'model'

if it helps, there was the mod that permanently turned players info bananas (just a large hat though) and it was toggleable
