Ps3 won't let me download a game bc my last sign in was on another console

I had $8 on my psn account so I decided to use it to buy some dlc and download my free ps plus games while I was there. I go to download one of them and it tells me I need  to fill out credit card info because my last sign in was on a different console. I don't know my mom's credit card info and she won't do it for me.  Is there a way around this?

get a prepaid debit card from like your local grocery store or 7-11 and put like $10 in it, then use that. some can be refilled - you only pay as much as you want to put on the card + $0.50 to $1 or so for the card itself.

have you tried convincing your mom to let you use it? make sure she knows it's not to buy anything
otherwise maybe call their customer support (definitely what you should've started with) and ask
