a brief search seems to say that it might just be a problem with the battle.net launcher being really bad at uninstalling and reinstalling things. in that case, have you reinstalled the game a few times? if the launcher isn't actually removing old files, that'd explain it

Have you joined the PTR at any point? I know for heroes of the storm it downloads another instance of the game

My guess is that it includes Battle.net, and by extension, all of the other games by Blizzard, when Windows calculates the size.
