it could be one of those situations where the game exists on the store but won't be purchasable
you can see this in the steam store too. worms armageddon used to be unpurchasable because it was a pre-order bonus for another worms game.

I wouldn't draw much on it.  It's likely a placeholder for the Windows Store so that it acts as a separate game from the new COD.

They usually do this for games in a bundle on the Windows Store. Some games with pre-order bonuses will have the bonuses listed as separate items, but they will not be available for purchase. They'll show up on the store page for the pre-order and that's really it. I'd assume the same would apply here
