Star Wars Betelfront Pack Beta

What is this?
It's [so far] an assortment of star wars themed guns, specifically ones from Star Wars Battlefront 2015. There is one weapon that is from the Clone Wars series. Essentially, these are a bunch of unique guns and stuff. They have an overheating system similar to battlefront, and firing the gun too much will cause it to overheat. On top of that, these guns have really nice particle effects. that's a selling point for me at least.

What do you want me to do with this?
Download & use them. Just fire them around, host a DM or some stuff. Kill some people. Then, when you feel that you've seen enough, come back here and post your thoughts/feelings. Are the guns balanced? Are there any glitches? Are they good? Essentially tell me your feedback in a descriptive manner.

These are stuff
Please make a post explaining exactly what's wrong with the guns if there is anything wrong. If you see a balance issue, ie. one gun is really overpowered or another is underpowered, write which gun it is. Feel free to make a suggestion. Also, there are a couple model issues with the guns (some polygons will be a different color) don't worry about posting these, i'll fix them eventually. If you want to report an issue, comment like this:

Gun which is having issues: example gun name
Issue experienced: the bullets dont deal damage
Details: every time I shoot a goat with this gun it doesn't do anything. it works on everything else but not goats!

What's gunna come after this?
I plan on adding more guns, including extra blasters, rocket launchers, and special stuff. I will also be adding in Bonus Cards, which essentially give you powerups like better damage on guns, shields, cooling, etc. Also helmets! Lots and lots of star wars helmets!

Why have you made all the guns in that overdone blocky style?
 
EDIT: You should try making the greys darker and the browns browner. All the blasters in the film and game were pretty much black except for the wooden handels.

Also Perry you should consider bringing some of the weapons from the older games onto this pack too.

I have to agree, it's kind of jarring to have it look like that.
But these guns are pretty good despite the appearance.

its not the problem of looking blocky. its that it barely has any resemblance to star wars. its not really clear that the weapons here arent laser guns - i wouldnt have been able to tell unless you told me.

im pretty sure the problem is the over exaggeration - it lacks the detailing and style that makes star wars feel star wars.

Thought the same thing, only one I could really tell was kind of SW was the upper right weapon.

Otherwise, this sounds interesting and can't wait to see it more refined.

the only weapon i noticed was star wars was (i think) han's pistol on the right but yeah the rest of the weapons could easily be modern weapons except for some of the weird barrels

but the style is good overall
