Author Topic: would u wear unbranded/unauthorized shoes  (Read 5927 times)

Not even a worry of it getting dirty. It's just a waste of money in general.
okay mr. rubber special interest man

i had some off-brand vans and they felt exactly the same as vans
i wore em' out tho

okay mr. rubber special interest manwoman

At least i get something out of it instead of overpriced footwear that I can't use for anything practical other than "look at me i spent $200 on a brand that will mean nothing in years to come"

your hobbies are a waste of money in many people's eyes as well

That too

there's a thing called being capable of taking care of your shoes which means that you should feed them, give them baths, and walk them at least 2 hours a day, 7 days a week.

idk i wouldn't wear off-brand converses n stuff like that, and i don't like wearing random brand tennis shoes. but boots and heels and sandals etc? whatever, i'll wear whatever's on sale at payless yo

okay mr. rubber special interest man
i don't see why that's relevant at all to this situation though? why would you even need to bring that up in a discussion about footwear

i wear whatever I think looks cool. if you care about brand name you are a tool

I'm just noting that Taya is complaining about wasting money on shoes (which is a hobby) and she wastes money on special interest items, which can count as a hobby too.

I have a wide foot that only off brand companies even bother making so yeah I pretty much don't have a choice.
god made my feet wrong so all my shoes have been too long to accommodate for my feet. i might have to try off brand shoes.

to each their own i suppose, but some may see more value in fun things like special interest items than fashion things like shoes. some people just don't want to stress over clothing brands.

if you're buying sizes up to make the width wider then you're doing it wrong because the length isn't correct
what you need is your regular shoe size but wider like from Width D/M to E/Wide
new balance makes wide shoes in a lot of their models

why would i care
all i care about is comfort

as long as shoe styles aren't absolutely awful i'm good with them
all i care about is comfort

sneakerheads disgust me. you are literally shelling out hundreds of dollars for recycled scrap rubber sewn together by child slaves.
