pollution is real and climate change is real

the great flood/noah's ark is a great example of climate change in the bible
Lol that story in the bible isn't even loving related to climate change

Everyone who has a different opinion is dumb now
If you believe that the great flood in the bible was caused by climate change and not divine intervention like the goddamn book says, then yes, you have a dumb belief.

how is it not? gigantic flood covering the entire earth and constant rain for a long period of time. that's literally the biggest example of climate change you can get

the great flood was caused by God. the climate changed. hence why it's an example of climate change.

how about we keep it to the non-fiction section when dealing with science

the climate changed. hence why it's an example of climate change.

Are you taking the phrase literally

Are you taking the phrase literally
it is meant to be taken literally

so are you suggesting global warming is god's punishment for the gays

"Yeah it gets hot it gets cold it's called weather"

the 40-day rain itself was more of an anomaly than a long-term weather pattern, so i wouldn't say it could count as climate change. but the entire earth being flooded for well over a year is definitely not something to ignore-- i find it very hard to believe that the earth's surface being raised way up in altitude and almost entirely consisting of water wouldn't have any effect on the worldwide climate after several months

i think his whole point is that from a religious view, climate change is not something that can be dismissed by christians as "not real" bc it's basically right in the bible, and that's why he doesn't doubt its existence

climate change is as real as my love life

the entire earth being flooded for well over a year is definitely not something to ignore--
sure it is because it never happened

You're confusing climate with weather.
Weather is what is happening right now.
Climate is the year to year patterns of weather
The 40 day flood is a weather event, not climate change, because it only (allegedly) happened once.
If it happened year after year, then it would be climate change.

the 40-day rain itself was more of an anomaly than a long-term weather pattern
