elder scrolls 2 is legit loving terrifying despite looking like a minecraft total conversion mod.
in dungeons you can hear doors opening and creature noises.those are REAL happening at REAL TIME in the REAL GAME.
its not a background noise its a creature opening a door and making a sound deep in the depths of a dungeon.
and you will feel like you're being stalked when you wander the towns at night too because the NPCs disappear

A few years ago I was playing it in the wee hours of the morning and a skeleton in the first dungeon SCREAMED and scared the stuff out of me. 10/10 would stuff myself again.
