Pretty much you're given an old shell of a car and loads of parts for it and you're given the chance to build the car as well as doing some odd jobs around Finland during the 90's. You need to eat, drink and piss. It's quite a realistic game regarding cars.
Once I pissed on a cop who wanted to give me a speeding ticket.
You can also go around swearing in Finnish.
