welp here i am again making another thread about incompetent workers in stores, so i went to PC World, i'm not sure if they have these stores in the US

I have a Hewlett-Packard (HP) laptop that I use for my school projects, And like a cuck i spilled a glass of water in the keyboard and the R key was missing

, It had a two year guarantee so I took it back to the store I bought it from, which is PC world and this handicapped woman came to me, she asked me whats the problem with the computer and I said I the problem, which was the keys not working due to the water incident, she asked me if i had a guarantee for the pc, I showed her it, she looked at it for literally 6 seconds and said its expired.
so i said to her;
How can it be expired when I bought the pc 4 months ago and it has a 2 year guarantee?
She gave me some stupid ass look, and checked the receipt again, she gave me an apology then proceeded to check the pc and said she will talk to the people at the back and sort it out, she picks up the pc, walks around the store at first, I do not know why, then walks to the back of the counter.
guess what happens next, she loving drops the PC and 3 of the keys fell off AND some plastic from the lid snapped. She just has her mouth open and stares at me, i felt like punching the bitch. so the manager looked at the damages and says the plastic from the lid cannot be replaced, so they issued me a new one, i am currently using my moms pc and sharing it with her until the new one comes, this should take a month or so. then the woman started following me and talking about how sorry she was like an idiot, tbh after today i think she should be fired.
