A Normal (195432) - Using admin powers to cheat at his own Speedkart game

Hopped on Blockland this morning and felt like joining a server rather than hosting, so I joined a speedkart server "A Normal" was hosting.
All was going fine and dandy, just enjoying the game, when I started noticing that at the beginning of the second round, when the light turned green, A Normal was abnormally very far ahead of everyone else leaving the start line. It was pretty obvious to me that he admin-orbed to get ahead, so I called him out on it, but he ignored me.
Eventually just me and Normal were left driving in the round, and he started chasing my kart with his destructo-wand out, trying to hit my kart with it. Not quite sure what he was trying to accomplish by this, as I am pretty sure the destructo-wand can't knock vehicles around.
I ended up driving into the water on accident by my own error, and Normal won the round. He may have not ultimately won due to cheating, but he did cheat by orbing to get ahead of everyone else.
Next round begins. When the light turns green, Normal admin orbs out of spawn to the ledge far ahead in the course, giving himself a huge advantage.
I eventually die again due to reckless driving from trying to catch up with him, with another player left besides me. Normal tries to take a shortcut on the course while driving, but falls off the platform. Before his car hits the water, he admin orbs back up onto the course to avoid dying.
Eventually the other players die again, and Normal is the only one left. Next round begins, and he admin orbs over to the other player's spawn, trapping them with his cart so they can't escape. Luckily I am still able to race normally.
After I have raced about 1/10th of the course path...
...the player that Normal trapped in spawn dies, and Normal teleports to me without his cart.
My game strangely freezes with chat still operational. The other player advises me to fix it by suiciding, so I attempt that, and it unfreezes, but actually destroys my cart instead of killing me. Normal and I are left standing, neither of us with carts.
Normal then teleports ahead of me and pulls out his destructo-wand.
Wanting to win the round, he destructo-wands me off the course into the water. I die, and he wins the round.

After that happened I decided to leave; the host didn't care about being called out on cheating and was intent on doing whatever he wanted. But if you go to this guy's server, be prepared to deal with him cheating like this.
