the bullets are 115mm long, not wide.

To be exact, the bullet the PTRS shoots is a 14.5 wide by 115mm long bullet
and the PTRD shoots a similar cartridge which is a little bit bigger on on of the lengths

we of the tank gun naming convention faction have some problem with the idea that something fired from a rifle can be called a 115mm
