Imgur for me since it's a free forever uploads. You can use applications for one shot screenshots and uploading which makes imgur better

The fact that Imageshack removes images after a set amount of time already makes me not want to use them. Same goes for puush.

At least with Imgur your older images don't get purged, but you do have to deal with compression on higher res images and in those cases you could always use some sort of alternative out there.
