k so I was just on his stranded server, and rped
then In the rp I got into a fight with him because I threatened to murder someone if they didn't give us food

So then he started to try and kill me.

And I was far away when he "slit my knees". He teleported to me and I still wasn't near him.
So then this other guy tries to kill me, then they try to slit my throat.

And I refused to be killed, because he wasn't even close to me when he said that. Then this happened.

And all of the things on the ban list was wrong. I didn't fail RP, he did. I never insulted him out of rp. And I was only arguing because he was being a forget face.
