Author Topic: How does incest work in a family tree?  (Read 7276 times)

that's kind of what makes someone a brother, so yes
idk why i thought that, but it just doesn't seem correct

how can a mother be her own daughter?
She's not, there's no link from her to herself. She's in two places because she's both the mother of her children and the mother of her son's child. That's a legitimate family tree construction.

Here, like this.
ok
disturbing question answered
can we go home now

Tutankhamen was inbred.

It really explains why he had the health issues he had. Inbreeding is extremely dangerous but I don't really know why.
So don't do it.
inbreeding is bad because a lot of genetic diseases/afflictions are recessive and by breeding with your own genetic line you increase the probability of getting that recessive trait to show itself.

its why purebred dog lines tend to have dogs with more genetic issues like arthritis.

@op:
bloody mary's diagram is the most organized you can make it, and how its done in literature (for example, the greek pantheon)
