What are the Linux users of BLF's favorite distributions?
And should I just post this in the Computer Megathread (if it even can be posted in?)
inb4 INSTALL GENTOO

I prefer xUbuntu but on older machines I like running a really light install of arch because I can only install the bits I need and get rid of the ones I don't. It can be incredibly efficient with minimal hardware.

Debian is where it's at imo. I use it on weak laptops and servers, Windows is my daily driver though.

Why don't people like ubuntu?

Why don't people like ubuntu?

bloated

slow

incompetent

ugly

i have to go around my elbow to get to my starfish every time

i have to sit there for like 10 loving minutes just disabling and making blacklists for the stupid stuff that /comes/ with ubuntu to begin with, that cant be disabled in any ui on it

linux 4.9 + (wayland ? sway|orbment|velox : awesome) + (surf|uzbl) + st + n?vim + ...

...

arch is fine too

Why don't people like ubuntu?

It's too bad but by bloating Linux you're effectively tossing out the main reason it's used.
