Its already all basically done. Ive been in this project for like half a year or so, when there were only 6 members in it. Kilburn disassembled and decompiled the game and reverse engineered it until he had enough to work with: he had a strong C background prior, so ye.

Not yet,but with afterbirth+ there will he modding through Lua, so that might become a mod.

It is a DLC. Its free and community made though, and larger than the upcoming afterbirth+ DLC
