[HELP!!] My computer is acting weird

first, the start menu doesnt open, then suddenly, while i was writing the post in roblox thread, i get this.
it kept restarting the desktop several times, then it gets all stuffted out

did i got a virus?
please help me

looks like a virus to me

reminds me of the stuff that i see on windows 98 and xp destruction videos

i cant imagine just a gpu driver issue causing that kind of forget-up

additionally, i cant even scan.
i use avira antivirus and it doesnt open the window.
i go to the task manager and it shows two of "avira OnDemand file scanner". i cant remove these two tasks

Might be a good idea to try to transfer important stuff to a usb via a bootable flashdrive.

only the desktop is crapped
the start menu won't open..
and if i restart the "windows explorer" task, it restarts lots of times

Start your computer in Safe Mode (the boot up menu should show you the shortcut to access it). Then scan your computer with whatever you're using.
