I have backtraced the hackers by researching viruses that are known for affecting Lenovo devices, and reported this crime to the Cyber Police. Consequences will never be the same.

Detective McJob on the case!

Have you tried rebooting?

for some real advice, just clean it up with a better virus scanner than norton. viruses cannot boot up your computer from powered off as far as i know, but i do know that occasionally windows 10 will wake up the computer if its asleep and then install updates. it tends to do this in the middle of the night. it might be the virus, but theres little reason for one to draw attention to itself like that by booting up the computer

I've heard that Norton has been known to detect and delete itself as malware.

I guess, from a certain point of view.
