Author Topic: Diffrent Login  (Read 1842 times)

If you have a family that has diffrent I.d.s to play blockland, is there any way to switch from one player to another, like make a login system that allows people to switch I.D.s and for added safty, put a password system to it.

Im pretty sure he did that to increase income, it pisses people off that they have to use they same name so one of them buys a new key

I'm pretty sure he did it to keep people from pirating the game, and keeping people in households from changing their name was just a side effect.

wouldin't it be neat the instead of your family member buying another I.D. or using yours, it have your I.D. but diffrent like

Me:I.D.= 690
Sis:I.D.= 690 (2)

We're hoping to include a profile system in RTB for people who share computers with other Blockland Users so they can have their own control set, avatars, brick favorites etc.

I think a key saving system could easily be integrated into this, however i'd need to look at how securely the key could be held, because storing it in a text document is hardly a good idea.

Just use the already encripted key.dat

Are you guys even reading what he has written?
He actually has two (or more) keys, he wants that changing between the keys is easier.

Same situation
But you can tell its me by my clan tages:Pie

I believe that if you run Blockland from different install locations it will run off the separate keys.

I suggest trying to install the game again in a new folder and when one of you plays, always play from the new one, and the other plays from the default installation.

I think WoW as this were you can set up more then one anncount so when you login you just pick the one you want to be.
