the boss "Delirium" is so loving bs
it changes into the bosses that you've previously killed and if you killed the haunt or angel statues, it will transform into a lil haunt or angel statues and run at you with mach 50 speed
a guaranteed win from "Delirium" is probably the stopwatch, assuming that the stopwatch works on it

it cant be killed with a chaos card either

censer
blind rage
old bandage
placenta
cards such as 2 of heart and the lovers
bloody penny and piggy bank (and swallowed penny if you can)
also the above can be even more helpful if you get wooden nickel and habit
as much health as possible
any activated item that generates health along with 9-volt, AAA battery, and habit
anything that can cause black hearts to spawn such as maw of the void and serpent's kiss
anything to get high speed such as roid rage and the belt
familiars that block projectiles, particularly halo of flies

and these might also help:

samson's chains
lost contact
night light
punching bag
monkey paw
trinkets that break into items such as walnut, wish bone, and bag lunch
gnawed leaf with damaging familiars, such as daddy longlegs

I got the broken stopwatch from a shop in one of my runs last night and it activated on the fight so I finished it easily

something strange happened during the fight though (and I'm not talking about the static), after it got down to about 60% hp, a random explosion went off that massively cut its health, all the way down to about 15%

I don't think it was anything I had picked up

judas, eve and azazel done now [spoiler]

just beat it with judas, first time after the patch, i think the fight felt way more coherent now than pre-patch, less teleportation shenanigans and glitchy movement
some of the forms still do telefrag but way easier than it was before, like easier than the hush fight i had to go trough again, the void teleport after moms heart hasn't appeared after the first time, no idea what dictates when it does.

I just fought him and sometimes when he changed forms his health would deplete to a small sliver untill he turned into something else. I don't think it actually lowered his health. Maybe same thing happened with you.

Got a void portal again, this time after the Satan fight in Sheol, was doing the Dark Room path for the new char, ended up beating the [Spoiler] again

i just killed [Delirium] with cain and didn't unlock an item, didn't get any sort of mark, and my win streak didn't even change

that said, I got teleported out of the fight about 10 times because of cursed eye
thankfully there was a bunch of health on the floor thanks to little chad yes thanks
