Because Ben Shapiro makes the mistake of correlating religious fundamentalism with forgeted-up stuff. Him trying to "do the math" by adding these statistics together is like petty first-grade math that only idiots like Ben Shapiro would push. Not to mention that his whole spat about "well, as an Orthodox Jew I understand the violent stuff in my religion" shows he's contradicting himself (or as Shapiro would say "GETTING DECIMATED BY HIS OWN LOGIC") because he tries to justify his religion and all the hateful bigotry alongside lambasting another hateful religion. As an agnostic/skeptic, it's funny watching Judeochristian guys try to attack Muslims when they still pretend their religions don't preach dumb stuff as well.
minus the fact that all the statistics he mentioned about "forgeted up stuff" were examples of sharia law, which
is religious fundamentalism
minus the fact that nobody who was a part of Shapiro's religion has in the last year (or maybe even ever) committed terrorist attacks on the scale that Muslims have, nor have they preached about killing people en masse if they don't conform to your beliefs or if they "dishonor" your family
so take all of that away and "eugh the math's wrong"
well the statistics are there, are you saying Pew polling is innacurate and can't be trusted?
those statistics can overlap with each other, or they can't, that wouldn't change the fact that the vast majority of Muslims are radicalized, and that's who CIA goes to for support
