Author Topic: Experienced an ocular migraine for the first time, worried  (Read 1989 times)

is this the same thing when you kinda try to push/hold your eye in your socket for several seconds and your vision starts I impair?

I get these every couple of years or so, usually it means nothing, sometimes I get a headache. My optometrist told me these are a form of migrane if no headache occurs, and if one occurs its really just a warning.

(Also, the image barely represents what is seen. Its more like a kaleidoscope, mixing up what you see and it kind of flashes.)

ive never experienced one of these

As other people said, Happens sometimes. Normally followed by a terrible headache. If I get one I take that as a sign to have a nap.
