It would be awesome to have one of those "base cars" from RTB. It's really just a flat brick with wheels and you can build on it and then drive it.

Well it's like it but without the wheels and it's not a vehicle but you can build on it and it moves.

You cant build on a building platform to my knowledge, and if you could the bricks wouldnt move on it, and you couldnt drive it... see where I'm going here?

Anyways:
No. Its impossible. Or at least would be
A) extremely limited
or
B) extremely laggy
or
C) would require alot of engine changes.
