I think so. On one hand, it would require all people to be screened for disorders, but we could remove an entire voting block of universally inferior grade.

The point of democracy is choosing administration. People with mental conditions are inferior in their ability to do this, so they shouldn't be allowed to. (Unsuprisingly, this would also give unparalleled control of republicans in the country)

We stopped kids under 18 from voting because they are stupid. We should also stop a 45 year old man from voting if he is really stupid.
