Absolutely yes. Not only is there the very real possibility of the mental illness registry being forgeted with for political gain, not only because of the fact that there are a ton of mental illnesses don't affect how informed a voter one can be, not only that it's a direct violation of the fourteenth amendment of the constitution, but because there is no such thing as an "informed voter test." Not even something as rigorous as an IQ test will determine if someone is going to make the right choice for the country.

The two party system isn't forced, I see this argument all the time, but the problem is, as a democratic republic, we chose this system overtime.

There are several parties, but the Republicans and Democrats are the most popular.

If we were to abolish the two party system, we would have to abolish parties, which would be very bad.
