besides, how do you even judge how old an anime character looks like? is there some sort of pattern that only you've realized? either way it doesn't matter because the canonical age of the character is what matters, not the looks.

Pretty sure the defining feature of a child enthusiast is an attraction to young body features, not an attraction to people below age-whatever.

and irl research (belonging to actual brands, not just some weird amateur stuff) already exists of women in their 20s with the bodies and faces of kids doing that kind of bad stuff. i don't really like it, trust me, but it's an actual thing and artists are just going to use that as a loophole.
